Loans Warehouse Limited is a separate company, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and is responsible for the advice it gives and the applications it arranges.
What this website is for
The website provides general information about secured loans, homeowner loans and second charge mortgages, a calculator that illustrates costs, and a way to request an introduction to Loans Warehouse.
Nothing on this website is financial, mortgage, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to borrow or an offer of credit. Whether a secured loan is suitable depends on your circumstances, which only a regulated adviser can assess.
Information and accuracy
We take care to keep the guides accurate and to record the sources they draw on, with the date they were checked. Rules, rates, fees and lender criteria change, and we cannot promise that everything is complete or current at the moment you read it. Confirm anything you intend to rely on with your adviser or lender.
The calculator
The calculator produces illustrations from the figures you enter and an interest rate that is illustrative unless you replace it with one you have been quoted. It assumes a fixed rate for the whole term and equal monthly payments. It does not check affordability or eligibility, and its results are not a quote, an agreement in principle or an offer.
Enquiries and introductions
When you submit an enquiry, you ask us to pass your details to Loans Warehouse so that an adviser can contact you. Loans Warehouse's own terms of business, fees and privacy notice apply to the advice and arranging it provides. Habitat Loans is not a party to any agreement between you and Loans Warehouse or a lender, and does not make lending decisions.
You must be aged 18 or over and a UK homeowner to make an enquiry, and the information you give must be accurate and your own.

Using the website
